First printed in 1977, this cookbook is compiled and edited by the Panis' - wives of the priests of the Scranton Deanery of the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Diocese.  Recipes are from their reservoir of treasured ones--some handed down to them by their mother and grandmothers; other they have collected over the years.  Includes sections on Christmas Foods, Easter Foods, and Lenten Foods.  185 pages.
