Rivers of Steel offers free technical assistance grant workshops to the public. Grants will be discussed from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, Pennsylvania Humanities Council, the Foundation Center at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Heritage Parks Program, and the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. Relevant to folk and traditional artists; cultural, arts, and heritage organizations; festival committees, traditional performing and visual arts groups, and historical societies and groups.
